HUAGUOSHAN INC – Order Cancellation & Delivery Policy

All HUAGUOSHAN meals are prepared according to a strict production and procurement schedule. Ingredient sourcing and meal preparation are finalized several days prior to each delivery date to ensure freshness and quality.

Cancellation Terms

Standard Cancellation (Store Credit Only)
A $10 cancellation fee per order will apply. Customers must notify HUAGUOSHAN INC at least 3 days prior to the scheduled delivery date to cancel an order. Approved cancellations will be issued as store credit only.

Late Cancellation – Within 2 Days of Delivery (Store Credit Only)
For cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled delivery date, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. The remaining balance will be issued as store credit only.

This fee helps cover ingredient purchasing, meal preparation, and labor costs already committed to the order.

Last-Day or Same-Day Cancellation
Cancellations requested on the day before delivery or the same day of delivery are not accepted due to production and logistics commitments.

HUAGUOSHAN INC – Perishable Food Return & Refund Policy

At HUAGUOSHAN INC, we are committed to providing fresh, high-quality produce and perishable food products. Due to the nature of fresh food and food safety regulations, all perishable products are subject to the following return and refund policy.

1. Storage Requirement for Fresh Produce

Fresh fruits, vegetables, and other perishable food items must be stored immediately upon receipt in a refrigerated or cool environment according to standard food safety guidelines.

Certain products, including but not limited to fresh strawberries, are highly temperature-sensitive and may deteriorate rapidly if left at room temperature or in open-air conditions for an extended period of time.

HUAGUOSHAN INC is not responsible for spoilage, mold development, or product deterioration caused by:

  • Improper storage;
  • Leaving products unrefrigerated or exposed to open air;
  • Delayed refrigeration;
  • Improper handling after delivery.

2. Same-Day Quality Concern Reporting Requirement

To ensure product quality and enable timely investigation, any concerns regarding freshness, damage, missing items, or product quality must be reported on the same day of delivery and receipt.

Reports submitted after the delivery day may not qualify for refunds, replacements, or store credit due to the inability to verify handling and storage conditions after delivery.

3. Return Eligibility

Because perishable food items are time-sensitive and cannot be safely resold or redistributed, returns of perishable food products are generally not accepted.

Refunds, store credit, or replacement consideration may only be provided when:

  • A verified product quality issue is reported on the same day of receipt;
  • Supporting photos or documentation are provided promptly;
  • The issue is determined to have occurred prior to delivery and not due to post-delivery storage or handling.

4. Food Safety & Verification

HUAGUOSHAN INC reserves the right to investigate all quality claims and may request:

  • Photos of the product and packaging;
  • Time of delivery and storage conditions;
  • Additional information necessary to determine eligibility.

For food safety reasons, products kept unrefrigerated, left in open-air environments, or consumed/partially consumed may not qualify for refund or replacement.

We appreciate your understanding as these policies help us maintain food quality, fairness, and food safety for all customers.

Address Change Policy

To ensure efficient route planning and delivery accuracy, address changes are not supported once an order has been placed.

If a customer entered an incorrect delivery address, the customer must:

Place a new order using the correct delivery address, and

Contact HUAGUOSHAN INC to cancel the incorrect order.

 

 

 

The original order will be canceled according to our cancellation policy, and any eligible balance will be issued as store credit only.

HUAGUOSHAN INC is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses submitted at checkout.
